Each year the Exceptional Children’s Division of the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction recognizes Exceptional Children Teachers of Excellence from across the state.  Gina Grant is this year’s winner of the Randolph County School System’s Exceptional Children Teacher of Excellence Award.
