Peachjar

WHAT IS PEACHJAR?

The Randolph County School System cooperates with non-profit community groups and organizations that sponsor activities of an educational or enrichment nature for students and staff by distributing their materials electronically via Peachjar. This online service is also available to our schools, at no cost.

Through Peachjar, electronic flyers are emailed directly to parent and guardian inboxes, as well as posted online for easy access. Paper flyers from outside organizations are no longer distributed in student bookbags.

INFO FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS:
If your email address is on file at your child's school,  the school's flyers will be emailed to you automatically from Peachjar. You can opt out of these emails at any time by following the opt-out instructions in the email. If your email is not on file at your child's school, you have three options:

1. Contact the school, provide your email address, and begin receiving the school's electronic flyers.
2. Click on the Peachjar button at the top of this page, register for a free Peachjar account, and begin receiving the school's electronic flyers.
3. Click on the school name in the list at the bottom of this page to see current school flyers.

To prevent the electronic flyers from going into your spam folder, please add RCSS@peachjar.com to your email contacts. When you receive your first electronic flyer, please be sure to click "always display images."

INSTRUCTIONS FOR OUTSIDE ORGANIZATIONS:
To request flyer approval:
2. Register as an Enrichment or Community Organization (Account Type).
3. Upload flyer for approval.

FLYER DISTRIBUTION GUIDELINES FOR OUTSIDE ORGANIZATIONS:
Non-school material distributed via Peachjar must clearly state that the material is neither sponsored nor endorsed by the Randolph County School System and the views and information contained in the material do not reflect the school system’s approval or disapproval.
