Liberty Learners rock in Project Lab

Liberty Learners Rock in Project LabStudents at Liberty Elementary School are off to a great start creating, designing and collaborating as they master science, technology, engineering and math objectives each day.  Our younger Bulldogs work together to build structures from STEM Bins materials and then replicate their structure in a pictorial representation.  Our older students can be found using balance scales to predict the mass of objects or checking to see if the temperature of water affects how quickly candy corn dissolves.  If you visited our 5th grade students, they would quickly speak with you about their catapult work - designing and engineering catapults in order to move Halloween candy from one spot to another, competing to see which structure can move candy the greatest distance with the most accuracy.

In all classes, students work in groups, learning to solve conflicts, learning how to plan and predict and learning how to think like a scientist.  We are ready for Liberty students to become the Scientists of the Future!
